How does the free trial work?
Premium plans come with a 14-day free trial (NRI) or 30-day free trial (Provider). No credit card required to start. You'll be charged only when the trial ends and you can cancel anytime before that.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and wallets via Razorpay. NRI families can pay in USD or EUR via international cards. All payments are secured with bank-grade encryption.
Can I switch plans later?
Absolutely! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
